Gabbie Fried is a proud native of Leawood, Kansas (a suburb of Kansas City, MO but she lives in Kansas). She began dancing before she could walk, and singing long before she could talk...ok, enough Abba. Gabbie began dancing at the age of 3 at Miller Marley School of Dance and Voice, and did her first show at the age of 7 as one of 70 orphans in Annie.
After surviving the awkard years of middle school, and tumultuous years of high school, Gabbie attended NYU Tisch for a BFA in acting and a second degree in psychology. Gabbie studied at the Atlantic Acting School (founded by David Mamet), Stonestreet Studios, and the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Sydney, Australia. Gabbie graduated in May 2016, and promptly the world began ending after she graduated (Harambe, Trump, all the celebrity deaths...need I say more). She continues to study at the Upright Citizens Brigade in their advanced study improv program, she takes classes at Jen Waldman Studio and Matt Newton Acting Studio. She aspires to make people laugh, create magic, and change the world through political comedy.
